cultivating community

The architectural project presented focuses on the creation of a community housing for 9 families, with emphasis on coexistence and teamwork. It includes an orchard in the middle of the residential complex, so that families can grow their own food and foster a healthy and sustainable life.

Three levels of privacy differ: community, family and intimate spaces. In this way it is a great house, but one that retains personal privacy. Otherwise, it integrates permaculture, the use of local materials and adapting to climatic conditions with architecture.
